Ask Settle answers from your own quotes, jobs, invoices and hours, and does the work you ask for. Type it, or say it out loud on site.

Figures come from your books: Every number is pulled from your records by the app, never made up by the model.
It shows its working: Each answer says what it checked and how long it took, so you can check it too.
It asks before it guesses: No address on the job? It asks you, instead of booking someone to nowhere.
It does the work, and keeps an Undo: Ask for five things in one message and it does them straight away. Edit any of them, or undo the lot. It never sends anything to a customer, takes a payment or deletes a record you made.

Ask Settle on a phone. One message asks for a 6pm reminder, a new client named Bill, a garden build job quoted at $1,800, a booking on 18 October and a reminder to call a lead. The card under it says Done: reminder set, Bill added, JOB-096 created, Q-036 drafted and booked Sun 18 Oct, each with Edit, and an Undo button — Multitasking: one message, five jobs done. Edit any of them, or undo the lot.

The same job carries through from the first enquiry to the money landing, so nothing gets typed twice.

Share your booking link and enquiries land in Leads. Price the job on site and send the quote. When they accept it from the email, the job is created with the agreed price.
