Share your booking link and enquiries land in Leads with a clock on them. Describe the job in a sentence and Settle drafts the quote, labour split from materials; they accept from the link and the job creates itself with the agreed price attached.
Your price list builds itself from every quote and invoice you have already sent.
Home opens on one line written from your real numbers, and what you book the crew see on their phones. Hold a block and drag it to move it, running late is one tap, and the customer hears about it either way.
A booking is the only "when" a job has, so the calendar and the job can never disagree.
Deposit, progress, final: each claim is computed from the agreed price, so they always add up to what was agreed. Do and charge: tick the tracked hours and costs and see the margin before you send. Photograph the whole stack of supplier bills at once and they land as costs on the job.
Extra work becomes a variation with its own price and its own approval, so it gets billed instead of absorbed.
Clients tap Pay Now and pay by card, and see it all in their portal. Sent invoices flip to Overdue on their own, and reminders go out in your name and stop the moment the money lands.
It never chases a paid invoice, a draft, or a client with no email, and it hands the invoice back to you after the last reminder.

Yes. Each plan includes worker seats and the price does not change with how many you fill. Workers use Team Hub on their own phones at no cost.
Open Settle with no reception and the last-known numbers are there, with a note saying how old they are. A clock-on made offline syncs when you are back in range, with both times recorded.
Two ways, on every plan. Invoices and bills go to Xero; a payment recorded in Xero comes back within the hour, marks the invoice paid and stops its reminders. Settle never unmarks a paid invoice.
