Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Settle app and website, operated by Riley Dack trading as SETTLECO (ABN 40 951 822 748). By using Settle, you agree to these terms.
The service
Settle provides invoicing, quoting, job and workforce management, and related tools for tradespeople and small businesses. Features vary by subscription plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, keeping your login secure, and the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 and using Settle for business purposes.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through your Apple App Store account on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date. Prices are in AUD and may change with notice.
Payments to you
Client payments made through Settle are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for your Stripe account and for the accuracy of the invoices you send.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws, including regarding your own clients' information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Settle, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Availability
We work to keep Settle running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update or change features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Settle is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may stop using Settle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
